Vacancy for the role of ‘Assistant Editor’
Journal of Hand Surgery (European Volume)
This position has a one-year tenure (extendable) and is available from 1st March 2021. The successful applicant will work with the team of five Editors under the guidance of the Editor in Chief. A considerable amount of work goes into the editing and final preparation of each article for publication. The post of the Assistant Editor is to help share the workload, produce high quality articles and to maintain the standards of the journal.
The successful applicant will be a hand surgeon with journal experience as an Editorial Board member or reviewer. The post is very advantageous to those who are considering becoming a Journal Editor in future years.
